Simply put we want every Strider bike owner to be nothing sure of 100% delighted with their new bike and with us. If there is any problem please let us know and we will fix it or your money back!
At STRIDER, we’ve taught over a million kids how to ride bikes; and we do everything we can to offer your child the best 'first bike' experience. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any bike purchased from this site for a refund within 60-days of shipment. First, since we all share a goal of having your child happily riding a bike, we encourage you to call us 01926 339107as we should be able to resolve the issue without returning the product.
Problems are very rare. We pride ourselves on getting things right the first time, but if we do mess up for any reason we will sort it as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you.
If you wish to return you are responsible for the return postage costs (unless faulty or damaged) and on receipt of goods we will refund back to the card charged the price you paid for the goods at the time, as shown on your invoice.
We can arrange to collect goods that you wish to return at an additional cost depending on location - please ask if you require our help.
Should you decide to return your STRIDER product for any reason:
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty. In that case, we would send a new bike or relevant parts out to arrive and arrange for a courier to collect the old one at no additional cost to yourselves.
